Francophone Mobility Program

Description

The Francophone Mobility program is an LMIA-exempt pathway under the International Mobility Program that allows Canadian employers outside Quebec to hire French-speaking or bilingual foreign workers. This supports the Government of Canada's commitment to Francophone immigration outside Quebec. Workers must demonstrate French language ability and have a genuine job offer from an employer outside Quebec. The program provides significant advantages in Express Entry with category-based draws featuring lower CRS cut-offs for French-speaking candidates.
