The Overseas Networks & Expertise (ONE) Pass is Singapore's highest-tier work authorisation, targeting elite international talent across all sectors including business, arts and culture, sports, and academia. The pass is individual-tied (not employer-tied), allowing holders to be employed by, run, and start multiple companies in Singapore simultaneously. Spouses of ONE Pass holders receive an automatic Letter of Consent to work in Singapore. The pass is valid for 5 years and renewable for 5 years at a time provided renewal conditions are met.
