The Work Holiday Pass (WHP) under the Work Holiday Programme allows young foreign nationals (students and recent graduates) from select countries to work and holiday in Singapore for up to 6 months. The pass is issued only once per person and is non-renewable. Only 2,000 participants may hold the pass at any one time. Holders can work in most industries but regulated professions (medicine, pharmacy, law, engineering) require prior local licensing.
